Cosa fa la mamma?? </span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: large;">Le prepara i burger veg da surgelare ed avere pronti quando torna a casa stanca dall'Università.. Quando tornerà in famiglia li troverà pronti da portarsi via. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: large;">Noi mamme siamo fatte così. 🤭</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: large;">Gli ingredienti sono semplici e digeribili, penso siano anche super nutrienti. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: large;">Fagioli rossi, avena in fiocchi, carote, cumino in semi</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: large;">(digestione dei fagioli senza inconvenienti assicurata).. Un po' di cipolla disidratata altrimenti l'impasto si ammorbidisce troppo, un po' di paprika un pizzico di coriandolo.. E i semini di girasole e zucca scorticati. Prima trito bene le carote con l'avena, poi aggiungo tutti gli altri ingredienti. Inauguriamo le grigliate del 2018 con un barbecue peruviano, appena arrivato con mio marito dal suo viaggio in Perù, un cilindro speciale che cucina le carni in modo fantastico, lasciandole morbide e succose.<br />
In Perù è molto conosciuto, si dice che sia nato nella regione andina di Cajamarca, ora è diffusissimo anche a Lima. Consiste in un cilindro di acciaio inox. verticale,: nella parte bassa si accendono le braci e sopra, con ganci, vengono appese le carni, sopra ci chiude con un grande coperchio.Risultato spettacolare.</div>

Frullare tutti insieme gli ingredienti fino a quando le palomitas di kiwicha siano completamente triturate.<br />
Vado a fare delle prove..poi vi aggiorno !<br />
